Terms of Service

Effective 29 July 2026. These terms govern access to TREJJ NetOps unless a signed service agreement states otherwise.

Plain-language summary

TREJJ NetOps is a production service with a 14-day free trial and prepaid usage after the trial. You remain responsible for your network, customers, merchant accounts and legal obligations.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between TREJJ Communications Limited (“TREJJ”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the person or organisation that creates, pays for or uses a TREJJ NetOps workspace (“Provider”, “you” or “your”). They apply to the website, provider workspace, platform control, APIs and related support we make available as TREJJ NetOps (the “Service”).

By registering, accepting these terms, loading credit or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. A separately signed agreement controls only where it expressly overrides these terms.

2. Eligibility and registration

The Service is intended for lawful business and organisational use. You must provide accurate registration, billing and organisation information, keep it current, and identify the Provider that owns each workspace. You must not register using a false identity, impersonate another organisation, or create an account after we have lawfully suspended you unless we approve it in writing.

Each staff member must use an individual account. The Provider is responsible for invitations, role assignments, staff actions and promptly removing access when it is no longer required.

3. Account security

You must protect passwords, recovery channels, authenticator secrets, API credentials and devices used to access the Service. Use multi-factor authentication where offered or required, do not share accounts, and grant only the permissions a staff member needs. Notify us promptly through the secure support route if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are responsible for activity performed through your accounts unless it results from a security failure that TREJJ is legally responsible for. We may require identity, organisation or payment verification before allowing a sensitive change.

4. The Service

TREJJ NetOps provides production software for managing internet-service customers, sites, routers, PPPoE and RADIUS identities, static-IP records, vouchers, captive-portal branding, transactions, support and related operations. Supported MikroTik equipment can use the automated management path. Other PPPoE-capable routers or network access servers may use the external-RADIUS path where the equipment and firmware support it.

Provider-owned connections—including routers, RADIUS, payment gateways, messaging services, domains and merchant accounts—must be configured with valid credentials and tested for the Provider’s network. This deployment work does not make TREJJ the operator of your network or the merchant that sells internet service to your customers.

5. Trial

An eligible Provider may receive one 14-day free trial. A payment card is not required to start. Trial capacity and usage limits are displayed inside the Provider workspace. We may refuse duplicate, abusive or fraudulent trial registrations.

The trial does not automatically charge you. When it ends, paid usage requires sufficient prepaid credit. Trial data may remain accessible for a reasonable conversion or export period, but we may later delete an inactive trial workspace after notice.

6. Prepaid usage and prices

The paid Service has a monthly platform commitment and no separate per-router platform charge. The commitment is the lowest paid monthly amount for a Provider workspace, and eligible usage is applied against it rather than added on top. Paid usage is calculated at the prices published on the Pricing page and deducted from the Provider’s prepaid balance.

Subscriber usage counts enabled PPPoE or static-IP internet services when monthly usage is calculated. Suspended and expired services do not count. Voucher usage is recorded on first successful activation; unused, expired or revoked vouchers do not count. Graduated volume discounts apply automatically to units inside each published band.

You must maintain enough balance for paid actions. If the balance is insufficient, we may stop new billable actions or restrict affected services until credit is added. A temporary display delay does not waive a valid charge supported by the underlying usage record.

We may change prices prospectively by publishing the new price and effective date or giving account notice. We do not silently recalculate completed usage at a later price. Taxes, payment-processor fees, currency conversion and separately approved engineering work may be additional where disclosed.

7. Payments, merchant accounts and taxes

Payments for TREJJ platform credit are processed through the payment method shown at checkout. Your payment provider may impose its own verification, settlement and chargeback rules. You authorise TREJJ and its processor to use the payment information required to complete the transaction; TREJJ does not store full payment-card details unless expressly stated.

Your internet customers pay the merchant account connected by your business. You set your own internet prices and customer terms, issue required receipts, handle customer taxes and disputes, and remain the seller of your internet service. TREJJ does not own your customer revenue unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.

You are responsible for taxes, levies, licences and regulatory charges arising from your business, excluding taxes imposed on TREJJ’s own income. Where we must collect or withhold tax, the amount will be shown or recorded as required by law.

8. Refunds and billing corrections

Consumed prepaid credit, completed usage charges, completed engineering work and promotional credit are normally non-refundable. Unused promotional credit has no cash value. Purchased but unused balance is not refundable merely because you stop using the Service, except where the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise.

Nothing in these terms excludes a refund, reversal or other remedy required by law. We will investigate duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, unauthorised transactions and a paid service TREJJ fails to provide. Submit a billing ticket promptly with the relevant reference. Do not send passwords, private keys or full payment credentials.

9. Your internet service and customers

You—not TREJJ—contract with, identify, bill and provide connectivity to your customers. You are responsible for service descriptions, fair-use rules, acceptable-use terms, refunds, support, customer notices, network performance, lawful interception obligations and compliance with telecommunications, consumer, tax and data-protection law that applies to your operation.

You must not describe TREJJ as the internet provider, payment recipient or guarantor of your service. A platform status, transaction record or automated network action does not replace your duty to investigate and resolve a customer complaint.

10. Provider data and instructions

You retain your rights in customer, staff, network and business data entered in your workspace (“Provider Data”). You give TREJJ a limited right to host, copy, transmit, protect, back up and otherwise process Provider Data only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service, comply with lawful instructions, or meet legal obligations.

You confirm that you have the authority and lawful basis to collect, enter and use Provider Data. You are responsible for its accuracy, your customer-facing privacy notices, retention instructions and responses to data-subject requests. Our handling of personal data is further described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Acceptable use

You must use the Service and connected equipment lawfully. You must not use them to intercept communications without authority, evade licensing or court requirements, distribute malware, attack or scan systems without permission, send unlawful bulk messages, conceal fraud, violate sanctions, exploit a minor, infringe rights, or interfere with another Provider or the Service.

You must not bypass security or usage controls, probe another workspace, submit malicious code, scrape the Service excessively, resell access to the TREJJ platform without written approval, or use the Service to build a competing product through unauthorised copying. Security research must be authorised in advance or reported responsibly through the support route.

12. Network and integration security

You are responsible for router firmware, firewall policy, upstream links, local administrator accounts, RADIUS secrets, merchant credentials, staff devices and continuity appropriate to your network. Do not expose management ports unnecessarily or place secrets in ordinary support messages.

We may reject an unsafe configuration, rotate a TREJJ-issued credential, revoke an enrolment token, require a security update or isolate an integration where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, your workspace or others.

13. Third-party services

A payment gateway, messaging provider, registrar, cloud platform, router vendor, upstream carrier or other third party is governed by its own agreement with you. TREJJ is not responsible for a third party’s outage, refusal, fee, data practice or change outside our reasonable control. We remain responsible for our own selection and management of subprocessors as required by law.

14. Self-service and engineering support

The standard Service is self-service. Provider users may open tickets for account, billing, configuration, migration, router and incident support. We may ask for logs, models, firmware versions and reproducible steps. Do not include unrelated personal data or secrets.

Network design, migration, on-site work, custom development and extended engineering may require a separate scope, schedule and fee accepted before work begins. A target response time is not a service-level guarantee unless a signed agreement expressly makes it one.

15. Availability, maintenance and continuity

We operate TREJJ NetOps as a production service and take reasonable measures to maintain availability and security. Maintenance, emergency work, the internet, provider equipment, power, carriers and third-party services may nevertheless interrupt access. We may schedule maintenance and will give reasonable notice where practical.

You must design authentication, access and payment continuity appropriate to the size and risk of your network. Unless a signed service-level agreement states otherwise, the Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime percentage or recovery time.

16. Service changes

We may improve, replace or remove a feature to maintain security, comply with law, respond to third-party changes or improve the Service. We will use reasonable efforts to give advance notice of a material change that removes a core paid function. Prices are changed only as described in section 6.

17. TREJJ intellectual property and licence

TREJJ and its licensors own the Service, software, design, documentation, trademarks and related intellectual property. While your account is authorised, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service for your internal internet-service operations.

You must not copy, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Service except to the limited extent the restriction is prohibited by law. These terms do not transfer ownership of Provider Data to TREJJ or ownership of TREJJ technology to you.

18. Confidential information and feedback

Each party must protect non-public technical, security, commercial and customer information received from the other and use it only for the agreement. This duty does not cover information that is public without breach, already lawfully known, independently developed or lawfully received from another source. A legally required disclosure may be made after notice where the law permits.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback, you allow TREJJ to use it without restriction or payment, but we will not identify you publicly or publish a testimonial without approval.

19. Suspension

We may suspend all or part of an account where reasonably necessary to address a serious security risk, unlawful use, fraud, material breach, insufficient balance for a paid action, court or regulatory requirement, or harm to the Service or another person. Where lawful and practical, we will explain the reason and provide a route to remedy it.

Suspension does not erase valid usage charges or obligations that arose before suspension. We will limit the scope and duration of a security suspension where reasonably possible.

20. Termination, export and deletion

You may stop using the Service and request closure through an authorised account. Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not remedied within a reasonable notice period, or immediately where the breach cannot be remedied, continued service would be unlawful, or urgent action is needed for security or fraud.

Before closure, use available exports for data you need to retain. After termination, access ends and we may delete active Provider Data after a reasonable retention period, subject to backups, security records, financial records, legal holds and other lawful retention. Consumed usage remains payable, and unused balance is handled under section 8.

21. Warranties and disclaimers

Each party warrants that it has authority to enter this agreement. TREJJ warrants that it will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care and materially in line with its published description.

To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that every third-party device or service will remain compatible, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that software alone will meet every regulatory, security, revenue or network-performance requirement. You remain responsible for deployment decisions and the services you provide to customers.

22. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or a statutory remedy that applies to you.

Subject to that rule, neither party is liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings, to the extent such loss was not a direct and reasonably foreseeable result of the breach. TREJJ’s aggregate liability arising from the Service in a twelve-month period will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid TREJJ for the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$100, to the extent this cap is lawful.

23. Responsibility for third-party claims

You are responsible for a third-party claim arising from your unlawful Provider Data, your internet service, your customer terms, an instruction TREJJ follows for you, or your breach of sections 9–12. Where the law permits, you will reimburse reasonable losses and defence costs finally awarded or agreed in settlement, provided we notify you promptly, allow you reasonable control of the defence, and do not settle by admitting your wrongdoing without consent.

TREJJ remains responsible for claims caused by its own breach, negligence, unlawful processing or misconduct.

24. Events outside reasonable control

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including major carrier or cloud failure, widespread power or internet outage, natural disaster, war, civil disorder, labour action, epidemic, government action or a third-party attack that reasonable security could not prevent. Payment obligations already due are not excused. The affected party must take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.

25. Complaints and disputes

Raise an account, service, privacy or billing complaint through a support ticket so it can be logged and routed to the correct department. Include the affected workspace and reference but no passwords or full payment credentials. The parties should first attempt in good faith to resolve the matter through an authorised representative.

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and Nigerian courts have jurisdiction. This does not remove a right to complain to a regulator or use another forum that applicable law makes available.

For general information about Nigerian consumer rights, see the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.

26. Notices and changes to these terms

We may send operational or legal notice through the Service, the email linked to the account, or another contact method you provide. You must keep those details current. Notice to TREJJ should be submitted through the support-ticket system unless law requires another method.

We may update these terms when the Service, commercial model or law changes. A material change applies prospectively after reasonable publication or account notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance; if you do not agree, you must stop using the Service before the change takes effect.

27. General

You may not assign this agreement without our written consent, except as part of a genuine sale or reorganisation of your business where the successor accepts these terms. TREJJ may assign it to an affiliate or successor that continues the Service and assumes our obligations.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be adjusted only as far as needed and the remaining terms continue. Delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These terms, the Privacy Policy, published checkout terms and any signed agreement are the entire agreement about the Service and replace earlier discussions on the same subject.

Sections concerning fees, data, intellectual property, confidentiality, liability, disputes and provisions that by their nature must continue will survive termination. Headings aid reading and do not limit the terms.
